For many years I wanted to begin a 100 Strangers Project; the concept is simple: approach complete strangers and ask to take their portrait. And the reality is it takes courage to engage in this direct style of street photography.

In 2024 I told my excuses to take a back seat, brushed up my intro pitch and headed out to see who might want to participate.

The positive response surprised and delighted me.

Plus I got to meet a lot of really nice people; the youngest (so far) is 14 and the eldest is 95.
